Does HotelGrouper use change or cancellation fees?
HotelGrouper does not use change or cancellation fees on most of their published rates that are booked online or through our call center. If you want to change or modify your reservation you can simply cancel your initial reservation and make a new one.
HotelGrouper only uses a 25 dollar cancellation fee on some of our special promotional rates.
Please note that when the hotel is cancelled after the cancellation deadline there may be applicable hotel charges involved. To see if this is applicable to your reservation please refer to your cancellation policy or confirmation receipt.
HotelGroupers best rate guarantee
HotelGrouper has a best rate guarantee. If you find the same reservation on any other booking website within 24 hours from the time you booked, we will attempt to provide the same rate or cancel your reservation without any extra charges.
When will I receive my refund after my cancellation?
Depending on your booking online cancellations normally will take 7 to 10 business days to transfer your money back. Some cancellations can take up to 30 days or the next transferring cycle to post the money back to the credit card. This also depends on your financial institution.
How Do I Change My Reservation?
HotelGrouper does not use change or cancellation fees on most of their published rates that are booked online or through our call center. If you want to change or modify your reservation you can simply cancel your initial reservation and make a new one. If you want to add a night you can also simply make a new reservation for this night.

Can I book more than one room?
No problem! You can click on the number of rooms and select the amount of rooms you want to book. HotelGrouper considers 9 or more rooms to be a group reservation.
Can I make a reservation for someone else?
Yes, you are free to make a reservation for someone else. Please note that you insert the right guest name and contact information for the guest.
I did not receive an email confirmation- What should I do?

I did not get My Confirmation Number
The confirmation number is mentioned in the confirmation email you received after completing your reservation. You can also log in to your account on http://hotelgrouper.com to check your confirmation number and more information.
What do I need to give the property on Check-In?
Most properties will require you provide a photo-ID along with a credit card for incidentals
What if I want to change my reservation during my stay?
HotelGrouper.com does not change or modify existing nights to reservations. If you have an emergency or are experience challenges with the property and a property representative is unable to resolve your concerns then please call our customer service number at 1-800-468-3578 Option #1to speak to a customer service representative.
Will my Credit Card be charged when I am making a reservation?
HotelGrouper considers all reservations made prepaid purchases. Your credit card will be charged in full at the moment the reservation is done.
Are my Credit Card details safe?
Off course they are. HotelGrouper uses the latest encryption technology and will not save your details any longer than necessary.
Can I submit special room request for bedding, rooms, smoking preferences etc.?
For special room requests you can always send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach a confirmation of your reservation. We will submit your request to the hotel or property involved. Please note that not all requests can be granted and are dependent on the availability of the properties.
Is the room rate nightly or per person?
HotelGrouper only displays the total amounts so all rates are nightly for double occupancy per room unless otherwise specified. Please review the room descriptions carefully as well as the rate rules. In this way you can be sure the room(s) you selected will accommodate your entire party. HotelGrouper does not add any other costs to your reservation.
Hotel shuttle service to or from the airport
A shuttle service is complementary at a lot of hotels. You can see this in the hotel descriptions on our website. Please note that additional charges may apply.
Is there free parking at the hotel?
Prices and availability for parking vary by hotel. A lot of hotels offer free parking space to their guests but most urban and downtown hotels do charge a parking fee.
Is there a rollaway bed or a crib available?
Yes, most hotels offer rollaway beds or cribs. There can be additional charges. Mostly the additional costs of a rollaway bed are between $15 and $20.

Do hotels have minimum age requirements?
HotelGrouper requires a minimum age of 18 years old to make a reservation.
